Trent Green might not know how to correctly throw a block, but at least he did. Not like that pussy AJ Feelme. Trent Green is the best QB to wear a Dolphins uni since Jay Fiedler. Remember when we were complaining about going 10-6 and 9-7. Those were the days.
All right as a dolphins season ticket holder, they should have not cleaned house, they let morris go which I don't have a problem besides special teams, welker for a 2nd and 7th no problem, but they let Zgonia, Cater and Evans which is our D-Line. Dumb. Cut McMichael and McKinney for nothing and there starting for the Rams and Browns. These guys were former 2nd and 3rd rd picks why not get a 5th or 6th something, then give up a 5th for Trent, what a bunch of morons, we need to at least win 1 game so we don't tie the Buc's record, but still get a high draft pick, I'll be there suday sec141.
I'm a Fins fan but I beg to differ on that Trent Green block. Sure he went for it but looks like he realized he was gonna get creamed if he did a legal block or slipped or something but he went waaaaaay low. He could have blown that guys knee out.
If a guy did that to a Fin lineman and we lost him for the season I'd be friggin pissed. Thigh high is a fair block, anything lower is a tackle or a cheap shot.
The team will win one, they'll sneek up and suprise someone but the truth is they had REALLY bad drafting for a few years. I liked McMicheal in the beginning but he went south. I mean playing for the Rams and Browns? Those aren't playoff teams. McKinney? Might as well have called him McSkinny, way undersized for center in today's league and too much of project for any other spot. That was a classic bonehead pick by Wannsted or whatever his name was. Wannsted blew up the Bears who totally had to rebuild, then blew up the Dolphins, then went to Pitt and blew them up to! Nice guy but no vision with offensive talent.
I'm actually looking forward to Beck getting in there. Sure he'll do some bonehead plays but he'll also have 2 young fast receivers to gel with. Who knows maybe Beck, Hagan and Ginn become our next Marino, Clayton and Duper!
This weekend would be a good time for them to pull out a win. They've upset the Pats once or twice the last few years. Remember that Sunday nite game a few years ago. Classic.

it really does come down to our draft history if you look at it. I mean arguably the best two guys on our team (now that my boy Ronnie is out) is zak thomas and j taylor. they were both drafted by jimmy johnson. you have to draft well to compete in the nfl, end of story.
fyi - Jason taylor was drafted in the 3rd round in 97!!! and thomas in the 5th round in 96!!!!!!!
