Surfrider celebrates Earth Day on Miami Beach

Join us to keep our beaches clean. The festivities will take place this coming Saturday, April 21st from 2:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Lummus Park. All of the participants will be meeting on 9th Street and then splitting up into the various activities. There are two facets of the event in which we will be participating: (1) Adopt-A-Beach member beach clean-up (around 3rd Street) (2) a dune restoration. The former will only require our involvement as volunteer participants during the clean-up activities. The latter will require minimal organization on our part as well as volunteer labor.
